of Last Meeting - Council Meeting of November 07, 2001- M/S Barry/Kevin to approve. Carried
Business Arising
Committee Terms of Reference: Barry submitted a draft for the finance
committee. Council agreed to the format and Barry agreed to do a draft for all
the committees

Snow Clearing: Tender has gone out and Sandy will call Duffy's.
Neighbor Hood Watch: Karen suggest Breadalbane get involved in this program
and Karen advised she would arrange a speaker for the annual meeting and
Karen will provide written information for the next council meeting.
Community Improvement: Dawna will contact Joyce MacKenzie.
Reports
(1) Library/CAP - Circulation continues to be on the increase. Abby Cap
computer is installed. Christmas craft in a bag is back again. No one so far for
the CAP student. Karen met with people from employment enhancement and we
may get someone from that program.
(2) Park and Center - Toilet and roof still need repair. Well is drilled in the park
and pump will be installed shortly. Play house is torn down as it wasn't safe.
Kevin and Eric will install the new sign and repair the ramp and holes in the roof
of the center.
(3) Community Activities and Communication's - Weight Watchers and
Tae Bo
are going well. Judging by Norman MacPhee of the Christmas lighting will be December 17-21,
2001. Same prizes as last year.
