Welcome To The Cornwall Community Access Program. This CAP site was established in July 1998. It is our goal to provide you with a convenient way to access the Information highway. We hope to provide all community members, both young and old, the opportunity to increase their knowledge, confidence and ability in their use of computer technology. We provide training facilities which may be used by local entrepreneurs, employees, educators, students and any others interested in improving their computer skills. |
Mission Statement The goal of the Cornwall CAP Site is to provide equipment and materials for computer and internet access for the purpose of enhancing the educational, recreational and information requirements of its members. To this end, internet access is provided by the Cornwall CAP Site to inform and educate Cornwall CAP Site members.  |
