Lobster
Let us cook your dinner for you and that significant other, or for the whole gang. We take our fresh caught lobster out of the cold ocean water and steam them in our lobster cooker and cook the way we have for years, to perfection!
Scallops
The icy, cold, clear waters of the Northumberland Strait produce the finest tasting scallops in the world. They are brought in on a day boats so that we are assured of getting the freshest possible scallops from our fishermen, caught the day we receive them.
Mussels
Our mussels are simply the best; cultivated Prince Edward Island mussels. A great start to any seafood dinner, try one of several great recipes we offer.
Clam Chowder
A Prince Edward Island tradition served with drawn butter. Use as an appetizer or whole meal, order extra and make a clam chowder for the next day.
